If you've changed schools as a Teacher or Counsellor using myBlueprint, you won't be able to directly update your school within your account. Counsellor Leads at individual schools also only have access to staff at their school, so they will not be able to change your account to another school.
In that situation, you can contact your School Board / District Lead for myBlueprint, or myBlueprint Support directly. To contact our Support Team, just email support@myblueprint.ca with the details of your account, including:
- Your name and email address
- Your previous school
- The new school that you are moving to
If needed, you can also be given access to more than one school from your account. Just let your board/district admin, or myBlueprint know why you need multiple-school access, and which schools are required.
